Mechanism of Action

Binds to androgen receptors in muscle, bone, and other tissues to promote protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, and erythropoiesis. The enanthate ester is cleaved by esterases in the blood, releasing free testosterone which then exerts its anabolic and androgenic effects.

Dosing Research

TRT dosing typically 100-200 mg per week via intramuscular injection. Performance enhancement dosing ranges from 250-500 mg per week for beginners, with advanced users sometimes exceeding 500 mg per week. Injection frequency is typically once or twice per week.
