Clenbuterol
Also known as: Clen, Spiropent
Clenbuterol is a beta-2 adrenergic agonist originally developed for asthma treatment. It is widely used off-label for fat loss due to its potent thermogenic and anti-catabolic properties. It is not approved for human use in the US but is available in many other countries.

Mechanism of Action
Clenbuterol stimulates beta-2 adrenergic receptors, increasing intracellular cAMP levels. This activates protein kinase A, which phosphorylates hormone-sensitive lipase, promoting lipolysis. It also increases basal metabolic rate and core body temperature through uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria. Beta-2 receptor downregulation occurs rapidly, necessitating cycling or ketotifen co-administration.
Dosing Research
Typical starting dose: 20-40 mcg/day, titrated up by 20 mcg every 2-3 days to a maximum of 120-160 mcg/day. Common protocols include 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, or continuous use with ketotifen (2 mg/day) to prevent receptor downregulation. Half-life is approximately 36 hours.
Side Effects & Risks
Tremors (especially hands), increased heart rate, palpitations, elevated blood pressure, insomnia, muscle cramps (due to taurine depletion), headaches, sweating. Cardiac hypertrophy with chronic use. Potentially fatal at high doses. Electrolyte imbalances possible.

Semaglutide
PeptideSemaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist approved for type 2 diabetes (Ozempic) and chronic weight management (Wegovy). Clinical trials demonstrated average weight loss of 15-17% of body weight. It has become one of the most widely discussed medications in modern weight management.
Tirzepatide
PeptideTirzepatide is a dual GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist approved for type 2 diabetes (Mounjaro) and obesity (Zepbound). It has demonstrated unprecedented weight loss efficacy in clinical trials, with participants losing up to 20-25% of body weight. It represents the cutting edge of pharmaceutical weight management.
Finasteride
OtherFinasteride is a selective type II 5-alpha reductase inhibitor approved for male pattern hair loss (1 mg, Propecia) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (5 mg, Proscar). It reduces scalp DHT levels by approximately 60-70% and is one of only two FDA-approved oral medications for androgenetic alopecia. It has decades of clinical data supporting its efficacy.
Tamoxifen
OtherTamoxifen is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that has been the gold standard for breast cancer treatment and prevention since the 1970s. It is one of the most widely used compounds in post-cycle therapy (PCT) for restoring endogenous testosterone production after anabolic steroid use.
